Steer the paddle, break every brick and push through endless levels.

Brick Bash is a brick breaker on a neon blueprint grid. Slide the paddle under the ball and launch it into the wall; where the ball meets the paddle sets its angle, so you can aim for gaps and corners. Clear every breakable brick to finish a level. Twelve handmade layouts, from a pyramid and a heart to a metal fortress, lead into generated levels that get denser and faster. You start with three lives, and the run ends when none are left.

Armoured bricks crack before they break, metal bricks never break and explosive bricks blast everything around them. Bricks with glowing icons drop capsules: multi-ball, a wide paddle, a laser, a fireball that burns through bricks, slow balls and a rare extra life. Each brick hit scores 10 points times your combo, which grows with every brick the ball hits before it returns to the paddle. Tip: dig a tunnel to the top and let the ball rattle around above the wall.

How to play Brick Bash

1. 1Touch: drag anywhere to move the paddle, even below it, and lift or tap to launch the ball.
2. 2Keyboard: arrow keys or A and D move the paddle and Space launches the ball. A mouse moves the paddle and a click launches.
3. 3Break every brick except metal to clear the level and catch falling capsules for power-ups. With the laser, tap, click or press Space to fire.
4. 4Each brick hit scores 10 points times your combo, up to x10. A cleared level adds 100 points plus 50 for each life left.
5. 5Losing every ball in play costs a life. You start with three, and the run ends when none are left.
