About Sky Hopper
Bounce a fluffy bird up from the morning sky to outer space.
Sky Hopper is an endless climb. A round, fluffy bird bounces by itself every time it lands on a ledge; you only steer it left and right, and leaving one side of the screen brings it back on the other. Your score is your best height in metres plus 10 per star and 50 per stomped urchin. Falling below the screen ends the run, and so does touching an urchin from the side or below, unless a spring or jetpack is carrying you.
The sky changes as you rise, from morning blue to golden hour, night and outer space, and each stage brings something new: winged planks that slide, cracked rocks that break after one bounce, clouds that vanish, springs, rare jetpacks, urchins from 1,500 m and wind gusts from 2,000 m. The next solid ledge is always within reach, and a dashed line marks your best height. Tip: start steering the moment you bounce.
How to play Sky Hopper
- 1Touch or mouse: hold the left or right half of the screen to steer that way.
- 2Keyboard: Left and Right arrows or A and D; Space or Enter starts a run.
- 3The bird bounces on its own, and leaving one side of the screen brings it back on the other.
- 4Score is your height in metres plus 10 per star and 50 per urchin stomped from above.
- 5Falling below the screen ends the run, as does touching an urchin from the side or below without a spring or jetpack boost.
